No 9 in Trafalgar Square

It’s late afternoon on a bright winter’s day. A watery sun glints off the No 9 Routemaster bus as it passes Nelson’s Column.  The Routemaster bus was first introduced in the 1950s and was taken out of service in 2005.  A few still run on heritage routes.  We are looking west towards Canada House.
